Charming town, but be strategic about planning your visit to The Springs. Off-season, they drain and clean pools, so the general area can be crowded due to fewer pools. Strongly recommend splurging on the Wellness Pass for more elbow room.

We love Pagosa Springs. The riverwalk is sooo nice. We usually enjoy the free hot springs along the river, though the resort is exceptionally nice. The shops along the main street are lovely. The people are friendly, and it feels safe.

Visiting the hot springs is a must, though they have inflated the price of admission considerably since my last visit. The way of the world, I suppose.

"Cabin was great. Central AC would be nice but the window unit helped. Tub floor needs refinishing as it looked dirty. Rest of place was nice and convenient. Good breakfast. Easy to access and generally private. "
"Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "
"Definitely loved this place. Very nice, spacious, modern rooms. Right by the river and walkable to shopping and dining. Will stay here again and recommend to all. "
"The motel is located in a great spot in the town. I really enjoyed the small town feel that it has. It has a huge bonus located just next door and that was Kip’s Grill which had some amazing tacos and cheese dip. The check in is super simple and although staff is not on property, they do make sure to establish contact with you if you need them. I will definitely be back for another stay. "
