Although we were there while the ski patrol strike began and continued throughout our stay, the Mountain Lodge and staff were excellent. They had activities such as an Apres-Ski party with Vueve Clicquot, a wine tasting event, and warm cookies daily in the lobby. They even allowed us to checkout early and refund us due to the strike.

The property was clean and comfortable. We loved that we didn't need our vehicle because the gondola provided easy access to town and the hotel shuttle was readily rapid to provide a ride to the gondola.

Nice place. Timely and great service. Lovely space and quiet. The only two items I can comment on for improvement for me is a comforter blanket and some caffeinated coffee. It’s nice overall.

Staff was respectful. Droppings from Mice in our room in conjunction of mouse traps found in the closet. Furnaces in the rooms were load, sounded belt driven. So we just kept the fire places on instead.
