"If you’re heading to or near Ouray, you’ve got to stay at Timber Ridge Lodge! The rooms are spotless, the lighting options are cozy. They’ve thought of the details when it comes to amenities right down to the s’mores kits and blankets for the nightly fire pit, or towels you can take to the local hot springs. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and there’s a walking trail right out back that follows the Uncompahgre River. We went the last weekend of October and while the leaves had mostly fallen, but it made for a peaceful trip without the crowds. Brian and Julie are such warm, welcoming hosts and really make you feel at home. They are right near Box Cañon, Cascade Falls, and Ridgway State Park. Our family has a wide variety of interests and we were able to please everyone with this trip. We are definitely going back."

The rooms are spotless and charming, the location is perfect, and the onsite hosts Laura and Elizabeth are so warm, welcoming, and kind we've come to call them friends. "Everything was wonderful, the manager was so accommodating. Parking was outstanding and we enjoyed our stay the reason for the delay is a the reason for the delay is a shortage of traffic control staffing in Houston so they have a space out arriving traffic immensely."
