"It was a pleasant experience! The only drawback is that the airport shuttle service is not exactly every half an hour as stated. It is hourly for 5-6 hours during early daytime hours. Otherwise no other issues.. excellent place to stay"

"Hotel is very close to nishikasai metro station, from which you can easily access other Tokyo areas. Nishikasai area itself has a number of good restaurants and drinking places (one of them open at nights till 7 AM next day). Hotel is very well maintained, staff very nice. The room may seem small, but most other business hotel rooms are of the same design and size."

Please keep up the excellent job you are doing. The hotel has free shuttles to the Shin Urayasu train station and shopping Centre. Also, there are free bus rides to strategic locations in Tokyo, like the train station, Tokyo Tree etc. This property is very well maintained and the reception is very spacious. Many staff here speak fluent English thereby making communication very easy. All the staff went over and above. I would certainly be staying here when next I am in Tokyo Bay."
