"Location was great. Near lots of mom/pop restaurants, convenient stores, subway entrances. Quiet enough at night to sleep, walkable to things to do. Lobby was secured and safe. Need codes to use elevators and enter room, did not use key. Was way easier than expected once we remembered the code so nice touch there.
The hotel was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable, but not the best. Bathroom and bedroom was clean, spacious, and provided slippers, little kid slippers for my 6 year old (he loved it), robes, extras to use.
Staff were polite and nice, friendly during check in. Cleaning staff did a great job. Provided extra towels, detergent for laundry.
