"The staff was extremely friendly, and the location is amazing. There are two different train lines close by, which makes it really easy to travel throughout Tokyo and even to nearby prefectures like Yokohama. The amenities in the hotel are also very nice, and yeah, overall just a pleasant experience."
"Basic room no TV but with wash basin.
Similar to business hotels I have stayed within Tokyo.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Good location near station. 7/11 two buildings away. With super market, Sukiya and Yoshinoya near station short walk away."
"Recently We stayed at APA hotel Nippori for five nights. We found a drainage problem on the sink on first day and complained about it on next day. The hotel’s staff member came to fix the sink for a few times with no luck. I didn’t think they have hotel maintenance staff unfortunately.
We ended up to live through with the smelly clogged sink. They gave us free three hours late check out for the compensation after we negotiated."
"Easy access from Saitama-Shintoshin station, making it a 20 minute train ride from Tokyo. Price was good for a business hotel of its caliber and came with a solid morning buffet breakfast"
"Terrible experience
If you have a tattoo forget about swimming at this hotels pool - also pool costs $7 per person if you dont have a tatoo, towels $3.50 - restaurant is ridiculously over priced - used laundry facilities at hotel( 8 shirts, 8 underwear and socks (basically under 1 load of laundry) $114 !!!..Noone speaks English and you would think someone would - everything so expensive - rooms crazy small - would have never brought a child to stay here if I wasn't allowed to take him swimming ...their solution- BUY sleeves to cover my tattoos - never a manager their to speak to
Don't waste your time ...glad we moved onto another hotel"
"Compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in, this property needs significant improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. The entire room — including the bedsheets and linens — looked like they hadn’t been washed or changed. We didn’t even feel comfortable changing our clothes because everything felt so unclean. The hotel really needs renovation, this is outdated."
"We had a family suite rooms- two bedrooms and an ante room. Felt like having a small apartment.
The area is interesting, kind of residential, very mellow, not many tourists.
Decent restaurant downstairs at street fur convenience.
Helpful staff."
