"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. "The staff was extremely friendly, and the location is amazing. There are two different train lines close by, which makes it really easy to travel throughout Tokyo and even to nearby prefectures like Yokohama. The amenities in the hotel are also very nice, and yeah, overall just a pleasant experience."

"Terrible experience If you have a tattoo forget about swimming at this hotels pool - also pool costs $7 per person if you dont have a tatoo, towels $3.50 - restaurant is ridiculously over priced - used laundry facilities at hotel( 8 shirts, 8 underwear and socks (basically under 1 load of laundry) $114 !!!..Noone speaks English and you would think someone would - everything so expensive - rooms crazy small - would have never brought a child to stay here if I wasn't allowed to take him swimming ...their solution- BUY sleeves to cover my tattoos - never a manager their to speak to Don't waste your time ...glad we moved onto another hotel"

The entire room — including the bedsheets and linens — looked like they hadn’t been washed or changed. We didn’t even feel comfortable changing our clothes because everything felt so unclean. The hotel really needs renovation, this is outdated."
