"I accidentally booked for two people so it messed up my check-in. I was able to email and get it fixed. Quick response and the staff was so helpful. When I arrived it was an easy check in and again the staff was very kind. The room was very unique and I loved it. Not the greatest location but also not the worst. Overall a great experience:)"

"Lovely hotel, lobby, room and roof spa. Japanese breakfast buffet was sensational. But the TV isn’t good for non-Japanese speakers. The HDMI have been disabled, There are no English channels and there is no way to cast/airdrop your device to their tv. These days in a modern hotel, it should be a standard feature."

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed."
