I stayed because I had a very early morning flight. I called the concierge desk and told them two things:
1. I need to be on the 4:00 am shutt;e
2. Please send someone up to help with my bags.
Next morning, nothing. When I called a few minutes after 4:00 am. They were surprised by my request. In other words, they did NOT make a NOTE of the customer request. Disappointing. To say the least. And stressful, as I am 72 years old. I cannot run or hustle. I also need help with bags.
