Hotel was either under staffed or mananatement has changed becz this time they kept me waiting for the check in process , in the restaurant the staff were not so efficient like previous experience and there was some trash kept on the floor lobby where after several reminders it was cleant .bedsheets / cushion covers weren’t changed for next guest it had stains . Upon complaining, it was changed, howewer I felt something wasn’t perfect this time around overall stay experience
