"Lovely clean hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Slightly difficult to find the parking but was useful to have."

"The staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, as were the sandwiches we had the night before. It is a cheap hotel so you could forgive some maintenance issues such as some bubbling of paint. However, the desk in our room had had the edging damaged along over a metre of the front. This exposed the chipboard it was made from and so there was a risk of splinters. We would, however, stay here again."

"Nothing at all wrong with the hotel. Clean, nice views of garden, huge bed. It was the noise of the other guests that kept me awake after deciding that 11:30 at night was the best time to have a loud pointless conversation on the landing. Hotel was fine and i had no issues with it. Staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay with them again if i have to."

"No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. "
