The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall. "The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there.

"We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! "
