There was construction going on across the street, but the sound was well dampened by the windows and only obvious when the windows were open. Hotel is centrally located, with short walks to restaurants and small shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though there is no concierge. Breakfast and the bar were great.
A wonderful whirlpool bathtub that fits two! Wonderful.

Good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood

This hotel is located in a quiet neighbouring and provides good quality of stay for guest. But if you want more cheerful area with more things going on it’s Paulista av. wi fi in a hotel is free but terrible as almost no connection. Had constant leak in a shower cubicle resulting in a paddle on the bathroom floor every day. It was dried and cleaned by the staff but how about fixing it once and for all? But all in all it’s a good place to stay with good daily breakfast.

The first day we arrived, the phone system and the wifi wasn’t working. Pretty much unsafe in case we needed to contact the front desk. The washroom had a clogged sink and a very small shower. A front desk staff called Isabela was very professional and willing to solve wifi/tv which was very difficult to operate. There was a glass door fridge in the bedroom with a light inside that we had to use a towel to cover the glow. What a bad idea.

All was good apart from the young lady at reception she was rude the management needs to give lessons on manners when speaking to customers and also English lessons as a lot of english tourist travel to brazil frandez was excellent at reception helped anyway possible breakfast was good enjoyed my stay.
