Em relação ao café da manhã, percebi que no final de semana deixou a desejar, pois havia muita gente no hotel e nos pareceu que o staff não estava preparado para nos receber. Sempre faltou tudo, desde louças e até mesmo comida. No geral, ótimo hotel, recomendo. "

"Mercure Hotel it is very well Located in a good area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are good size with comfortable mattresses and the bathroom has a shower with good shower pressure and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. "We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! "
