"Very poor water pressure in the shower, sink didn’t drain nicely, and hotel is dated. "

"Room thermostat worked so we regulated the temperature to our liking The light switch for the bathroom was broken( I am a retired electrician) so we used the heat lamp for light. Room and beds were clean with minifridge and microwave but no coffee maker, which is fine, but we missed not having glass or paper cups."

"This hotel is amazing, and I would absolutely recommend it. My problem is with Hotels.com. Their website glitched when I was booking the room. I ended up being charged for two rooms. It was all the fault of Hotels.com and their faulty website. Now, they are giving me the run around when I asked for a refund, or at least a complimentary night. Once again, this was their fault. Beware using Hotels.com as they don't care about their customers."

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "
