"The apartment was in fair condition overall, although some blankets appeared yellowed and the room didn’t feel particularly clean or well-maintained. The shower had mould, and one of the bedrooms was missing an aircon remote. Communication with the owners was slow, and the reception staff seemed disengaged, often on their phones. We were unexpectedly charged an additional 1.7 million VND for towels and sheets. On a positive note, the location was excellent and the security guards in the building...
