Minor complaint was the lack of shower water pressure"
"What an excellent country pub. We have a lovely steak meal and used the garden to sit outside and have a drink before retiring to our room. The staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly.Breakfast was well cooked and very enjoyable.
Our room was lovely and clean but the toilet flush didn’t work as well as it should.

"Very welcoming, friendly & helpful hosts, clean and tidy,
excellent breakfast, parking on site, comfortable beds,
Well situated in town, would recommend to anyone"
"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."
"Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. Ample parking. Staff are lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. A real little gem"
"Location is great. Rooms at the front of property are noisy, traffic and late night passersby. Manager very helpful and friendly. Yes, I would stay there again but would request a Room on the back as I am a light sleeper."
