Staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size and clean. Lovely stay. The only thing I would say is bring your own devices to watch TV as the TVs don't work well 😔

Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.

Holiday inn Orwell

Excellent hotel to stay at. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds, well laid out breakfast. Only downside was no air-con on one of the hottest days but still slept ok. Please stop using the cheapest toilet paper available, it lowers the whole tone of an otherwise excellent hotel.
