Hokkawa Onsen Hotel
The breaksfast was Japanese style and elaborate spread. The rooftop onsen was amazing with excellent view

Isaribi
This is a lovely ryokan. We had a private onsen but our adult children used the public one and liked it very much. The food was excellent but there was way too much. Nice to wander around the little town and stop at the excellent bakery near the train station.
