Higashiizu Trip

Very convenient spot, quick to get to the train station and a million things to do in the area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, many spoke a bit of multiple languages. Great showers, clean throughout. Gym is very very small, and the shower soap was a bit strong… but hey, it was 90 and humid during July so it’s probably necessary. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you want to see what tokyo is all about.

The property is unbelievable. The location is beautiful and right across the street from the Tokyo Tower. This is a luxury hotel and the staff is more than 5 stars! The suite we had was extremely spacious and well appointed. Many amenities and anything you need is in the room. The property has more than 5 restaurants, wedding salon, spa, health club, poll with saunas, convenience store, many shops and a delightful lounge overlooking the Tokyo Tower and waterfalls for afternoon tea or lunch. This hotel is located in a park and has several shrines on site to walk through. The area is Ginza and easy to take car service, uber, taxi anywhere you want to go. Everything is nearby. I would highly recommend this extraordinary hotel and will definitely be staying here on my return to Tokyo.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended it to friends and will definitely try to stay here again. Went in July and there was central air con (temp control in the room) in addition to a portable air con for extra coolness. Staff were lovely. Definitely get the amazing breakfast. The room was pretty big - especially for Tokyo. Comfortable, very clean (and I’m terrible with hotels - usually don’t like to touch anything in them but for the first time ever I felt comfortable). A minute walk to Shiomi station which is 4 stops to Tokyo station and 3 stops to Disneyland.

Very nice sleep hotel. Really close to Tokyo Tower and a great place to do some walking around the parks. I will stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at Shiba Park for 11 nights in a standard sized room with a king bed. I loved it. I would come back and not change a thing. Beautiful area with several train stations within walking distance. Always within sight of Tokyo Tower. The staff was very friendly too! Don’t forget to take some time to relax on 2F library. I don’t regret that.
