Hickam Field Trip

Clean & tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good for the price

clean room, kind staff, convenient parking, great balcony view, close to everything.

The bathroom had an old urine smell. All of the bottles in the shower labeled shampoo, body soap and conditioner were all filled with the same thing. We guessed it to be shampoo. The carpets throughout are old and stained. The hot tub was too crowded to enjoy at all hours with children splashing around. We did receive a 20% off coupon for the pool restaurant but didn’t have the time to use it being by the beach all day. This hotel did not resemble the photos except for the lobby. The lobby was clean and nice. We enjoyed the aquarium tank there but the rest of the hotel was very average and we felt it to be overpriced for it’s condition.

I would have given 4, but the sofa bed was not comfortable. Location was great, and rooms were clean.

It’s crowded and parking is not convenient. You have to go with valet parking and no other option. Noisy with all traffic. Hotel is nice but location didn’t work for us
