"A nice hotel competitively priced. Very comfy bed"

"Easy to find but notice at reception says NO FOOD MONDAY NIGHTS. This isnt on website or if it is it's not clear. Turned radiator thermostat down from 5 to 2 but room still hot. Could not open window. Thermostat in bathroom was broken any lying on the floor. Decoration tired. Breakfast club attendees were noisy just after 7am which was bit unsociable. Young lady on reception was friendly and super helpful, but would not stay again. "

"Now drills but excellent value. Nice area. Room has everything including towels, TV, comfy bed. Access to a kitchen is great, with seating area. Pots, cutlery and crockery all available with microwaves and stoves. Could do with a few more cooking utensils- luckily I travel with a good knife, board and basics as there are no knives, scissors, cutting boards, strainers, etc. But I will certainly make this my go-to when back in Lincoln"
