"From the outset the customer service was excellent. Lovely room with great view across to the water. Restaurant staff were so friendly and again the service was excellent. The menu was limited but what we had we thoroughly enjoyed. Perhaps a couple of traditional Indian dishes would be an excellent addition. "

Walkable to Stamford high street shopping, bars and restaurants, but I'd be happy to stay in the hotel for dinner and drinks too. Rooms are comfortable and well sized. If we're back in town, we'd be looking to stay again."

The restaurant is closed on Mondays but plenty of other options a short walk away in the high street. I would ahve liked to eat at Candlesticks though becuase the food there was excellent last time.
