"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. "My family and I spent the weekend at the 33 lodge located inside the Southview Holiday Park. It was a beautiful place and we all loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We also had a beautiful hot tub and enjoyed every bit of it. I highly reccomend this lodge for a nice family break. It has all the essentials needed in a home, it is very clean and very well taken care of. As a plus, there's so much to do around there for both adults and kids 👌💯"

"Apart from a strange noise that came intermittently from either the pipes or the air conditioning, I cannot fault this place. The room was excellent. The quietness of the environment was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath was large and comfortable. There was a little wear and tear on the bannisters and newel posts on the stairway but it was clean and not screaming out for immediate redecoration. The room was in excellent condition and the bed was comfortable. A longer duvet would have been nice because I like pulling my bedding over my head. This was not important but just something I'd have liked. The restaurant is what one expects from a chain and quite pleasant enough. Overall, this place is excellent and if you want peace and quiet, outstanding."

"Our room was in a separate building to the pub which was quiet and well kept. The pace had everything you would need for a comfortable night stay. The only thing that I would say was a slight negative was a damp smell in the bathroom. We reserved a table for dinner, they were very busy and advised there was a wait for food but was served earlier than advised was reasonably priced and was of good quality. The only negative thing I can say about the dining experience is they do not serve Guinness! Car park is small but plenty of street parking available and we did not have any issues. In summary this was an extremely well priced comfortable stay with great staff and great food. I would recommend."

"Located virtually next to the Cathedral and within easy walking distance of all the 'upper' streets of Lincoln, with their restaurants and bars, it is in an ideal location with it's own carpark too! Should you venture downhill to the riverside and modern shops, the bus back up the hill stops outside the hotel!! The only thing to beat the excellent breakfast is the stunning view of the Cathedral from the restuarant window. The room was quite comfortable and quiet with all ammenities and our 5 days there were very satisfactory."

"It’s always been fantastic , everyone I’ve stopped with my boy we’ve loved it , the property was clean , tidy , the staff was amazing we have a good bond with one off the staff my boy loves him xx, he’s so friendly with us and anything we have needed or need he’s got us , fantastic time would recommend the stay , we’ll be back , always got the big welcome , won’t mention the guy on here but truly amazing staff 5x s go too him"
