Things happen when everyone is having fun. we told them about at it at 530am and when we came back at 8am after breakfast before leaving for the airport it was still in the elevator. "The look and the feel of the hotel was fab and the staff were really friendly. Underground and tram stops close by. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing and such a nice way to chill after long day sightseeing. The only problem was the understaffing of the roof top bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for our drinks and then they only brought the cocktails and not the cup of tea so we left. The staff were really apologetic but they were just so understaffed ☹️ Because of this we didn’t go back to eat there. "
