"Pros: Staff were very nice. The site was clean. Value for off season. Our child loved the indoor water park Cons: Check in took about an hour. it was marathon weekend, so maybe that had something to do with it. The smell of pot runied our ocean view balcony at night (not necessarily the hotel's fault, but stilldisappointing). The indoor pool chlorine was intense and started burning our eyes. Our child loved the slides."

"The stay was ok ! My room didn't have any paper towels, the ice machine on any of the floors wasn't working at the PINNACLE TOWER, I hate that you had to go to a whole different tower for breakfast & also the fact that I couldnt take my breakfast with me to my room if I wanted too, & I couldnt check out without stopping at the front desk. I dont think I would stay here again due to these things but I was only here because it was convenient for my niece 10 year old birthday & she wanted to play in the pool & enjoy her time at the beach & that she did but just as far as for myself? I would not book here again until some things get updated I guess. "

"Our stay with voco-The Shelby was nice. The property was clean. Breakfast was good. The lobby snacks were a little unreasonably priced and with no microwave in the room you can forget eating leftovers unless you went to the snack room near the front desk. But for the location and price will stay again. "
