Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff was courteous. The room was not spacious enough. I did not like the fact that there were no drinks in the mini fridge. That is a minus for a 5-star hotel.

Cute little old town, would have liked to explore but we were just staying there to visit Warner Brother Studios Harry Potter. Went to a great Thai though!
