"This place is in a great location for accessing the city centre, university, and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The room is in need of a little TLC and a spruce up, but overall a great stay. "

"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was mold on the walls in both rooms, so we had to sleep in the living room. The shower and toilet were not clean. Communication was poor, and the instructions were unclear, which made it difficult for us to access the apartment. When we contacted customer service, the person who answered was quite rude. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend."
