The place is being remodeled, therefore the lifts were not working properly and we had to use the stairs, but the room was perfect. Great location and comfortable.

Great place to stay, handy to the metro and shops. Rooms were an excellent size. There were 4 adults staying and we didn't feel cramped. The entrance was being renovated so the lifts didn't always do what we wanted, but that didn't really hinder us and should be completed in a timely manner. Good sized kitchen. Would stay again.

Excellent location for uptown restaurants and close to metro hub for getting anywhere quickly. Surprised to have no room housekeeping for all our five day stay, would have been nice not to have to ask for toilet rolls! But though basic the room had everything we needed and despite some building works all worked well. Staff was helpful. Altogether good stay.

A comfortable stay with a kitchen. Extra pillows were great. Comfortable bed. Grocery store close by. The room was very hot and was greatful there was a fan available to use from house keeping. There is no air con in the apartment. There is black on the ceiling of our bathroom (above shower) , likely do to lack of ventilation.

Location was amazing. Front desk service was very helpful. Excellent customer care. Room accommodated all requirements and more! Very modern and clean. Would recommend more shampoo 2 in 1 body wash as bottle was less than half full and not topped up during one week stay. Apart from that minor,I rate this stay as amazing. Safe and local to all amenities. Will definitely be coming back next time for the Christmas markets. Make sure you book this apartment-hotel!! It will not disappoint.
