"The room was clean and had nice amenities. It was also a great location, close to the bus stop and a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again."
"Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg. "
"Wonderful staff at the front desk and breakfast area. Clean hotel, amazing view, very easy do walk to interesting shops, scenery, restaurants etc. We would come back!
"
"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! It was nice, clean, conveniently located, quiet, and had a/c which was great during the hot summer weather. Staff were pleasant and helpful too. "
"This is a very well maintained, modest hotel in a lovely part of town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but note that the reception desk closes between 10:30p and 6:30a. The hotel is small and not spectacular but for a simple, straightforward stay in Heidelberg on a charming square (with a farmers market some mornings) it’s really exceptional. "
"Perfect location for a visit to Heidelberg, the hotel in its self is not much (a bit worn down) but its location is perfect. 5 min walk from alt stat, with all the beauty that Heidelberg offers. The hotel has for a small extra cost a very nice breakfast and parking available."

Very nice town. One full day will do it. Long walking street with lots of shops and dining choices. Castle is okay. Not necessary to tour but I'm glad we did.

A picturesque place on both sides of the river. Ziegelhausen is a charming locality but you need to go further to get facilities.

For sightseeing we have to park our car in the city center. There were parking places for 2 hours for free and some another ones - expensive for all day. The Old city and a river side are very beautiful.
"We arrived before check-in from the US, and the team did a great job arranging an early check-in for us. The bed was very comfortable, the room was impeccable, and the hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately, my husband broke his wrist during our stay while hiking. Not only was the German healthcare system excellent, but the staff did a great job accommodating our extra night’s stay. "
