"The 2 nights and 3 days spent in Silent Shores was some of our favourite times spent with the family. The Suite was spacious and well maintained (Other than one non working shower). The room service and two restaurants had some of the best food we tasted in Mysore. The complimentary breakfast has delicious offerings along with live counters for Egg, Puri and Dosas. "Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff."

"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"
