"Rooms were not clean beds had dirt or food in the covers showers had hair on walls. Very noisy people in and out at all times of the night. Smelt of weed "

"The bar and lounge was closed and will be reopened next week. Place really run down. Staff very nice but we had to go to front desk for an ice bucket, then had to go back down because the tv was not connected right. The outside area was a round concrete table with concrete benches. The landscapers (or work staff), picked some plants out and put them on the table. We had to put them on the ground so we could sit there. The roll up in the room shade was broken, and folded up to the top, so when I pulled it down, it came flying down. When we checked it, they could not make us a key and had to wait until the owner got there so he could do it. It had a lot of old antique things in there that was fun to look at though."

"It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Queen size bed took up almost all of the space in the room alone. No night stand, folding chair for sitting. Free cable tv was a joke. Bed was not to comfortable, Pillows were a joke , about as good as a towel under my head. And with no live staff on site in office to assist me. Only a foreign country Kiosk!!! If my wife was with me, would have opened the door, turned around and asked the kiosk for my money back!! So unless you don’t really care about your accommodations and just an uncomfortable bed, to get some, and I mean some sleep!!! I don’t recommend!!"

"The young man at Check-in was so helpful and happy, a joy to meet upon arrival. There is no hot tub, but the place has been renovated and updated which was nice. Not all the breakfast appliances were working but it was good, their coffee is some of the best hotel coffee we've had! All in all, a very nice stay!"

"The stay had a mix of ups and downs. Unfortunately, the night staff wasn’t very helpful or welcoming, which made check-in and a few evening questions a bit frustrating. Also, the hot tub was broken during our stay, which was disappointing since that was something we were really looking forward to using. On the positive side, the morning staff completely turned the experience around. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. The manager was also very outgoing and took time to chat and make sure everyone was taken care of, which made a big difference. Overall, not a terrible stay, but a few improvements with the night staff and maintenance would make it much better. The morning team definitely deserves credit for their great service!"

"It fulfilled the basic needs. Mostly used by blue collar workers brought into the area on a temporary basis. The pool looked fine, but I didn’t use it. Lots of odor of marijuana on and around the property. "

"The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It was so bad, I didn’t even stay in the room. I had to leave. It’s in a terrible part of town, there were people doing drugs on the balcony in adjacent rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot and the area asking for money. There were cars parked in the parking with people actively using heroin. The room itself was disgusting and filthy. Sheets that clearly had not been cleaned from the last guests. Garbage in the bathroom and room. The floors were sticky and dirty. It smelled like marijuana and stale cigarettes. Customer service was no help at all. I asked them to refund me the remainder of my stay so I could find another hotel and they denied my request so I lost my money. Expedia was no help either. They offered me an insulting $25 in one key cash. This is the 3rd time this year that Expedia has refused to help or assist me with my stay. I’m thinking of never booking through them again. "
