"Rooms and hallways are disgusting. Our room had no shower curtain. Some chairs were covered in mold and one chair had lots of let just say human fluids all over it. Probably one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. Half way trough the night i contemplated me and the family just sleeping in the car."

"This hotel is in the perfect location so close to everything literally walking distance and the room was very clean, and had no carpet, will definitely stay there again "

"Front desk gentleman was very very nice. He made check in quick and easy. Everything appeared to be clean and the room was spacious. The only issue I had was the room door lock was kinda wonky."

"The stay was over all pleasant but the staff at the lobby took forever to take care of the guests. Also, we have a child and needed to warm up milk constantly. The microwave is all the way in the game room making it a hassle to get there. There was renovation going on at the hotel therefore they gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite which was quite nice.
Place was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were practically inside Universal Orlando Resort."
