First, let me say the staff was phenomenal. We got in late and the gentleman who took us in was very nice. However, the room was disgusting, there was hair on the bedsheets, dirt on the bed bedsheets. There was a cigarette burn on the bedsheets. The toiletries provided were not swapped out as there was makeup, residue all over it, The microwave was dirty and rusted over. There was a hole under the sink where the piping is that let you see into the room behind us. The continental breakfast was meh. The juice tasted stale, and the batter for the waffles was gross, so were the utensils provided for the waffle maker.

My room was on the non-smoking side, but the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I returned in the afternoon, my room key had been deactivated and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reactivated. However, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The AC was an old model and really loud. Beds were overall comfortable and clean. The floors were updated. Unfortunately, the toilet flapper was not working well, so it ran all night. Overall, the place was decent for a short stay to see a concert nearby.
