"We love this hotel and stay here often but this time was the first time the lazy river was unclean and around the grounds was unclean aswell. It was unkept this time around. We will be returning here as this is one of our favorite places to stay in Orlando. "

"Do not stay here. It is not good. They do not mop the floor, clean the toliets, have busted doors, walls with cracks, flies and bugs everywhere. Worst part cockroaches will be on the the bed, furniture, on you and your belonging. Its is so disgusting and dirty. We even went to change rooms, both rooms were bad! They charged us 130$ just to stay in the first floor if you want 2nd floor or 3rd floor they charge you more, like if they are best, this hotel is the worst me and my family have ever stayed at. The pictures are not what they are. It is bad here do not stay here. We ended up checking out and going somewhere else and they didnt give us our refunded from how disgusting the place was. "

"Great location, pool area nice. Room smelled really musty. Rooms needed new carpet and a refresher. Bedding an beds were nice though. Staff were extra helpful. "

"I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. The conditions were completely unsanitary and unsafe. There were cockroaches in the room, and I also found bugs in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep there. The bed sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and the entire hotel—including the room—had a strong, unpleasant odor. The air conditioning did not work, making the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition as well—the shower was not working properly and had a constant leak. To make matters worse, there was no staff available after 11 PM. Because of the conditions, I could not stay in the room and ended up sleeping in my car, even though I had already paid for the night. Despite this, there was no offer of a refund or any attempt to resolve the situation. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend staying here. This property needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. "

"It was an ok stay. It wasn't the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at, and I also prefer the Holiday Inn Express, as they offer free breakfast. This was a paid breakfast."
