"Standard upscale hotel. Having a light switch for the room next to the bed was a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were nice and it was nice to have towels there. It was nice to have a coffee shop there. I did not stay there much and did not utilize many of the guest services. I was visiting my son and his family who lived 1.2 miles away so, I walked. Paying $60 a night for parking is male bovine fecal matter. The people at the front desk were patient and helpful."

"This hotel is extremely clean. We love the wood floors in the hotel rooms rather than the carpet in most hotels. Beds are comfortable. Staff super friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. We stay here whenever in town."

"The property exceeded our expectations. Nice room, pleasant staff, daily happy hour, nice restaurant and rooftop pool. Only thing, non paying people were allowed access to pool and often they occupied all the lounge chairs by the pool..for hours! Seems like they should be reserved for those of us who were paying customers. It was expensive to stay there (but I think that is the norm) but the location was terrific! We walked everywhere and did not rent a car."

"Parking fee of 38.50 is ridiculous! I made sure I checked the parking rate here before i booked. When I called, I was told it was $20 to park here so I went ahead and booked as I thought that amount was reasonable for Los Angeles rates for parking. The whole reason I’m staying here is my son is inpatient at Ucla Ronald Reagan Medical Center for some heart procedures. Money is not something I have a lot of and having to consider the price to Park is huge for me. I explained this to the clerk when I checked in that I was told it was $20 to Park and she could care less - the fact that her attitude about it was so nonchalant really bothered me. Busy on her phone as if I was interrupting her. Also, the room I was assigned to faced Olympic Boulevard and the noise coming from that street all night was absolutely awful. No rest. I will make sure not to stay here again."
