Unfortunately, a destructive tornado caused damages throughout the temple area and the hotel was unable to accommodate reservations due to lack of sufficient power and other damages to the facility. "The room was clean, well stocked and smelled nice. The gentlemen working the check in desk saw me dragging in after a long day and said "Hi [my name], how was your day?" I couldn't believe he remembered my name. I just wanted to get to my room when I realized I left my key at the jobsite. He saw my frustration and said "No, dont do that. Let me just make you a new one" I felt he went above and beyond to provide good service. "
