"The room wasn’t very clean. Poorly vacuumed, stains on bedding, and what looked like boogers on the walls. There was even used soap bars and empty amenity bottles in the shower and behind the sink. Staff at the desk were helpful and nice. Was also rushed out of our room right at 11am. You get what you pay for. At least we had good nights sleep for the whole weekend "

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it was fine. Overall a great experience I’ve come here many times over 20yrs and it’s been great and I would highly recommend . I just wish prices for drinks and food were a little more affordable . A tray of French fries cosing between $13-$19 is way too expensive! "

"Breakfast was very good, but was not allowed to take a to go meal up to the room for my son who was recovering from a weeklong illness. No parking spots available so I had to park in a handicap spot - with hotel staff permission. Exercise room a little lacking. Other than that - a good stay. "

"This place has seen better days. The best overall word for it is "tired:" worn furniture, peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, do-it-yourself fixes of shower plumbing and soap-holder. Also, I had to head out to my plane at 6:15 AM and thought I'd grab some food on the way because I was told that breakfast started at 6AM. Nope! Nada. Last: the first room I got reeked of a perfume de-odorizer that clung to my clothes when I left the room after 5 minutes there. I had to leave immediately and ask for another room. Which they did give me. It smelled less awful, but I was told that they used the same product in all the rooms. For that reason alone I would never return. "
