"We got a pretty cozy and clean room, with staff who accommodated us quite well. The location is a bit inconvenient as there are no auto stops there. Great location, courteous staff very hospitable. Food is also very good a mixture of Indian and continental. We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level.
2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. This place is in the hills and sometimes can become a challenge reaching the hotel.
Secondly, the website does not do justic to the product, there should...

Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…

The Bungalow’s architecture sold me out! I and my friend stayed here for a night and the whole experience was unique and hand-crafted by the host.
The location was semi-outdoors with tall deodar trees surrounding the Bungalow. The open patio at outdoors was clam and neatly maintained.
Gaurav and his team were charming and they handled us with at-most delicacy. Such a warm hospitality team.

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating.
The spa too could do with a facelift.
The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade, overall a lovely place to stay at.
