Alternative breakfast like cereals, juices etc also an option, We stayed here as family of four, out most of the day sightseeing. Good access to most the landmarks. "My daughter is coeliac and prior to going to Lugo Rock I messaged to let them know about her special dietary needs, Katie called me as soon as she received the message and was absolutely lovely at asking what my daughter would like to eat for breakfast. She was also there to greet us when we arrived and give us helpful information on the area. Breakfast was fabulous and so too was talking to Trish. This is a wonderful find and we will be back again! "This was our first time using this website. The hotel was basic, We were not asked about what we required for breakfast. My wife does not eat a cooked breakfast normally. The breakfast was good, nice bacon, eggs but the sausages were not the best. There was no soap either in the shower or. toilet. The toilet had a leak on the outflow which l repoorted."

"I stayed in the villas . This is a true home away from home. Best kept secret in Newquay. One if the best properties i have stayed in ."

"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."

"Great place to stay! Exceeded expectations! Great location, just a few minutes' walk through a shortcut to the beaches! Clean and spotless! Nice buildings with windows facing the sea! A separate room for two children and a little stair gate for baby protection. The staff looks elegant yet warm-hearted, like royal British service. I recommend it!"

"I felt very welcome from the moment I stepped onto the lobby, the receptionist smart, well spoken and polite welcomed me to the hotel, guiding me to my room in minutes. Very nice room, comfortable and clean. Quiet and relaxing. Also used the pool and sauna, relaxed and friendly helpful staff."

"The property was great, we had booked a deluxe double room which was on the 2nd floor and had views of the small woodland area. The room was nice sized and very comfortable. We had free access to the Spa, which was alright. Lots of kids in the swimming pool and clear signs on dos and donts for the sauna so people were entering with plastic slippers, walking boots and also bringing plastic water bottles inside - this can definitely improve. Maybe add a separate kids pool area so adults can enjoy the spa and have some clear rules for using sauna. Breakfast was good and the property decor was modern and fresh. The property does NOT have EV chargers so beware. The nearest one at ASDA is very slow and often out of order. For a property this size I would say its worth installing few EV chargers. St Austell lacks good restaurants. Short distance is Charlestown which has some amazing resturants around a beautiful harbour."
