"This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything we needed. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with our second day breakfast, but they quickly changed my plate. Huge thank-you to everyone who works there and makes guests' experience so wonderful!"

Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well-maintained. The beautiful views and comfortable amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We are not early birds, then we missed breakfast but i heard a lot of good things about it! The pool and spa facilities were outstanding. They were clean, relaxing, and provided the perfect place to unwind after exploring Istanbul. The spa staff were courteous and helped create a truly relaxing experience. What stood out most was the exceptional service throughout the hotel. Every member of the team was helpful, warm, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality made our stay memorable.
