"Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Rooms were luxurious. However, I had to change rooms because the toilet would not flush and I was informed that a plumber would not be called until the following day! Also, the internal lift that goes to the spa was not working, and another entrance was locked, meaning that guests had to go outside the hotel to enter the spa and pool. This is not ideal. Breakfast at the HarBar in the 6th floor was good but not outstanding. In short, this hotel needs more customer responsive management to reach its potential for 5 stars."

"I think I had a very different expectation about the room I stayed in. It was very small. Definitely, it looked differently when compared to rooms' pictured on The Elsabeth House Hotel's website. There were no shelves to unpack my stuff. The bathroom was very poorly equipped. The room was clean and the Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and the Bar had good food.
