"Perfectly practical space! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff! The elevator was small and busy so we often took the stairs. If that’s not an option for you that might be a bummer! Easy 10 minute walk into town. Seemed like easy access to Ubers as well."

"Stay was great. Very close to port for cruise. Only one issue, but it was not with the hotel. Concierge scheduled us a taxi for travel to port, literally 6 blocks away. Taxi charged us $20. It was 2 people & 2 medium suitcases, and 2 backpacks that we kept with us. Definitely would recommend using Uber."

"Excellent location - 5 minute walk to Sea City Museum which is the venue too for the separate Titanic Story. Ten minute walk to WestQuay Shopping mall which includes Waterstones book store and cafe (quiet cafe). There are lots of cafes in the mall too and variety of retail stores. Southampton is lovely, lots of parks. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of options. The dinner menu was more limited - pub fare. However, there are lots of restaurants along the walk to West Quay Mall. I would recommend this Premier Inn."

"We had a Deluxe King Marina View suite #405. The room is gorgeous and the deck is amazing. Wished we stayed longer than one night to enjoy it. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Southampton."

"Ideal location, the hotel is in the city centre, so you can walk basically everywhere. Great and friendly staff. The building itself is very old, so some parts are a bit outdated (reception, breakfast room and stairs). But the rooms are big, very clean and you have everything you need inside (lots of sockets, the shower works very well etc). The rooms are very clean. I'll definitely go back"
