"Comforter was ripped in the middle all the way through. The shower didn’t have a full shower door so the floor got soaked every time."

"Stayed here to be close to the convention center, so I could run back to room for breaks between events. It’s super convenient for that, but there are not many food options close by which made it tricky. The hotel restaurants have limited hours and are not quite enough for group professional dinners. They only have coffee machines, no real coffee shop. Breakfast looked ok, but a bit pricey and didn’t work with schedule to attend conference stuff. Overall a nice place, but would stay closer to restaurants and other amenities in downtown next time."

"Employee at check in was very helpful, gave us a nice room with a view. The room was very clean and comfortable We were in town for a concert at the arena and the free shuttle also worked out great and was easy to use. Would stay again when we are back in town."

"My room was down grated no money back. Had no place to relax in it. For the price I paid it was bery disappointing. They have one restaurant in it and the food is awful. The lounge is very small and way too hot to sit in. Breakfast was cold wrong order and too much money. Hated it will never stay here or recommend to anyone. "

"Bed was broken in first room. Told I had to return to the same room after one night at the second room. Hotel needs better maintenance, but is a decent affordable options if room is in full repair."

"This hotel is beautifully appointed, staff were friendly and helpful. I felt well cared for during my stay. Everyone working there was so pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is modern and elegant. I would definitely stay there again. Also there’s lots of neat stuff in the area."
