"Frustrated that we received no Welcome Gift although Expedia asked how we enjoyed it, and frustrated that other guests got a personal staff greeting and tour upon arrival while we got no such thing. Only discovered this day before we were leaving so couldn’t remedy this. Room was clean, staff quickly remedied non-working AC concern. Loved sitting on the beach watching the waves. Many of the breakfast & dinner staff were so wonderful making sure we got service if we needed it, places to sit, coffee, etc. We were definitely taken care of. Will love to return if possible."

"It was very nice compare to the other 2 hotels. This was more conservative. We had access to the other 2 hotels. Riu Palace is by far the better hotel. I loved It there. "
