"Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent and couldn’t fault it. Check-in was spot on—friendly, genuine, and brilliant with our kids (colouring pack + cookies went down a treat). Room was spacious with sofa beds already set up, which made life easy straight away. Breakfast was excellent—loads of choice and constantly topped up. Just book ahead as it gets busy. Great for families. Would definitely stay again."

"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

"We stayed in a double room for the purposes of visiting Alton Towers. The location was perfect being about 40 minutes away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with a private shower and toilet. No tv but this was fine. Downstairs had a communal kitchen and seated area which was clean. I only used facilities to make a cup of tea. Joseph (manager) was welcoming, friendly and was always nearby to answer any questions. £20 refundable deposit was required for the room key.
