I had been following Santorini Sky prior to arriving, hoping that it could be as good as the pictures, and it didn’t disappoint. It was just amazing. The pictures capture the views and rooms, but they don’t show the attention to detail that is put into making sure your stay is perfect. The food was fabulous, and plentiful, the wine was gorgeous, but the reason we had such a fantastic holiday was all of the amazing team who looked after us. Well what can we say, this place is amazing! Cannot fault the hotel, rooms, staff, location or food! We enjoyed 2 evening meals while watching the sunset and it had to be the most relaxing, enjoyable experiences my wife and I have ever had! The hotel itself is immaculate, the staff cannot do enough for you from bringing your breakfast and serving on your balcony to carrying your luggage up and down the many Stepps when we arrived and departed. Special mention to Sofia and all her team who all...

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! It is a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of Fira but a short walk away. The area it situated in is absolutely pefect as it is so calm and relaxing and two minutes walk to watch the famous Santorini sunset without all the crowds like you get in oia and Fira . The pool area is so tranquil with perfect music choice and complete privacy unlike some on the front! The staff are incredible and really make this hotel ultra special! They are the nicest...

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

Great staff and lovely property.
The reception team were absolutely fantastic, lovely check in with enthusiastic staff that answered all questions and offered any information we needed. The rooms we stayed in were immaculate with so many luxurious features if you choose to upgrade. The breakfast served on our terrace and the room service staff also 1st class. I fully recommend not only the Hotel and its location but as always it's the staff that make the difference and everyone was lovely
