We had an excellent stay. The room was in perfect condition and nicely furnished. We had a comfortable night’s sleep and appreciated the effective air conditioning. The breakfast was varied and well presented. Tables were well managed by the helpful and welcoming staff, and we enjoyed the cook to order options.

Travelers should be aware that the rooms are located in a very steep hill requiring a long uphill and downhill walk. There are no photos showing this in the booking ad and they must not want you to know this. The rooms are small and noisy. The breakfast area is a noisy, crowded buffet. The location is convenient to other restaurants.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm (except for Wednesday) Would have loved the bar to have stayed open later all week, with more evening entertainment. We still had the best week, would 100% come back and recommend!

We recently stayed at Elounda Infinity Adults Only Hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Dora and the rest of the wonderful ladies at the front desk. They accommodated absolutely everything we needed — from booking trips and excursions to any requests we had for our room. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth and helpfulness made our stay so much more special. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! The breakfast was fantastic — such a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and honestly, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. We also want to thank the golf cart drivers who took us up and down the property so we didn’t have to walk. They were so attentive and thoughtful, always checking in at reception to see if we needed a lift. Overall, a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min drive )

Infinity Elounda is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The room was clean and lovely, we had a hot tub that we were not expecting and a fantastic sea view. The pools are lovely and there are more than enough sunbeds to lie on each day. You do not have to leave a towel on the sun bed as there’s plenty to pick from! The view from the room and the pool of the ocean and mountains were just stunning. The breakfast buffet is lovely and you can order drinks and other menu items. The evening meal buffet was okay, we only went once. The location is a quiet area, but you can walk to the two local towns either side of the hotel. Plaka is further walk (45mins) but has lovely views and seafood restaurants and easy access to the local island for a boat visit. Kato Elounta is also gorgeous with lots of souvenir shops, restaurants and bars. We ate here most nights and had lovely meals. You maybe would benefit from a car if you wanted to do more exploring, Kato Elounta is a half an hour walk, we didn’t mind as the views were gorgeous. The hotel staff are so friendly and approachable, they can support with booking taxis, recommendations etc and they are so polite and go out of their way. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again.

This place is a GEM!

By far our favorite from this trip. Reception was so helpful and helped us get settled and checked in early. The included breakfast buffet was a huge bonus with lots of variety and fresh options. Overall the staff was excellent and we had a very comfortable and romantic stay!

Great hotel. We had a room with a private pool. And it was very large and the outdoor area was even bigger. Hôtel restaurant was probably the worst part of the stay and it wasn’t even bad just much better dining options in town. Town is a little bit of a walk. But very doable. Great hotel
