Good resort hotel you need to book a sea view.The food was excelent and staff were very helpful and friendly . The swimming pooles were brillant with lots of sun beds .The only negectives were beer 10 euros a pint and cheapest wine bottle 45 euros.

2 week holiday in August for family holiday. Great location for exploring the island and Rhodes Old town. Taxi service from hotel is hit and miss, would suggest maybe hotel providing shuttle bus to the Old Town

We had a wonderful time, we just hadn’t realised we would be on the windy side of the island… very very windy. Food options in the hotel were pretty pricey and the local restaurant options didn’t look that appealing. The beach is grit rather than sand… but I’m being harsh - we genuinely had a wonderful time

1 Woche / Halbpension / 2 Pers. Tolles Hotel! Wir reisen oft und haben daher schon einiges gesehen. Dieses Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen komplett erfüllt. Bei der Anreise gab es zwar ein Problem mit dem Zimmer aber dies wurde schnell geklärt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

The staff was nice. But the place lack of the attention to details that make a five star hotel. No bath robe, no sleepers, minibar empty. Two small bottles of water only the first day,they leave another two in my last day. Food was ok. The waiters in the Mediterraneo were very nice. Room service very fast. Swimming pool a little noisy as there were children (not bothered about it). The sunset from the beach and main deck very nice.

Fabulous stay, hotel was immaculate and staff super friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was great with private beach close by. Breakfast was really good with lots on offer.

Excellent location on windy side of island which personally prefer breeze Helps if you are bonvoy which we were Easy to get to old town and port Great breakfast included Do NOT buy the daily dinner as so many great restaurants near by

Just a smooth easy stay for us. No issues at all. Staff were smiley, friendly and superb and in particular the Exec Chef Nikolas was super reassuring with my son's nut allergy.

Perfect location for some R &R. Spectacular scenic view. Choice of several pools and the beaches. Public bus to Rhodes Old Town, just out side the hotel makes transportation easy, several good restaurants with walking distance. Staff were very friendly, and buffet breakfast very tasty. Definitely would stay again if we were in Rhodes.
