"The charm and character of this property, its staff and patrons should be considered a national treasure. Honestly the Ostrich was chosen for location to Heathrow and its reasonable price. The history, the pub atmosphere, the food and drink made for a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone who wants to experience real “ London” check this place out."

"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

"I was very happy with my room. Clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was a little slow and some of the channels on the TV wouldn't load but apart from that I was very happy. I would stay again "

"We absolutely loved staying at the Crown and Cushion. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well The staff was amazing. We were greeted by Ellie and she was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and we felt like we were treated so kindly. In the evening we had a pint at the bar and our server was Costas. He was a delight. We enjoyed talking with him. "Excellent location for visits to Windsor, Eaton and Slough town centre. Entire booking and check-in experience was seamless. Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. The mattresses were as hard as a rock and pillows were poor quality"
