"Un emplacement idéal (Victoria Station + deux théâtres… à deux minutes à pieds) pour les déplacements (arrivée directe de l’aéroport + pour départs en autocar vers activités - Warner Bros Studios/Oxford/Cotswolds/etc.). Les déjeuners de style buffet sont délicieux, beaucoup de choix pour les repas et breuvages à volonté. Une offre de pain sans gluten est également proposée. Notre chambre climatisée était hyper propre et moderne, et on a apprécié le coffre fort pour y ranger passeports et biens. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. On recommande fortement le RIU Victoria de Londres!"

"The staff were efficient and friendly. The doormen and the porters were always eager to help and greet you (shoutout to Mohammed the porter for being excellent). The breakfast buffet were good and had a nice variety. The location was excellent and very central to restaurants and shopping, as well as several tube stations. The air conditioning left something to be desired and didn’t go down below 21°C the entire time we were there, despite being set to 19°. The rooms are on the smaller side and the shower was cramped (if you are over 6’, you might find it claustrophobic) The gym was small too, with only a few machines. Overall it met our needs and for the price, the location couldn’t be beat."

"We stayed at the Apex Grassmarket for three nights and it was a great hotel! The location can't be beat, the grassmarket has lots of places to eat, drink, shop (you are right by victoria street!) so there is always something going on. There was even a little market when we were there, loved it. It can get loud, so if you are a light sleeper that might be something to consider. It didn't bother us (we actually liked it - we heard snow patrol playing at the castle one night!) but something to note! The room was large and comfortable, lots of tea/coffee and cookies over the stay as well. We would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel offers an excellent location near major attractions and features incredibly friendly, helpful staff, including a great concierge team. However, the early check-in process was highly frustrating after a long 14-hour flight. Despite paying and being approved for an early arrival at £20 per hour to freshen up, the room was not ready when arriving at noon and would not be available until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. While the hotel did refund the £60 fee we paid, the breakdown in communication forced a long wait and required checking luggage rather than settling in as planned."
